How to Enrol

Thank you for your interest in Goldfields Baptist College.  The enrolment procedure is detailed below.  If you have any questions or would like to visit the College, please call to arrange an appointment.

Step 1.

Please complete an Enrolment Application Form and return it to the Enrolments Officer, along with the required documentation. You can collect an Enrolment Form in person from the College Reception, or a copy can be posted or emailed to you upon request by phoning the College office or contact us.  The form is also available to download below. 

Note that the College Uniform is compulsory so please take the time to read the Uniform Procedure.

You will need to provide copies of the following documentation along with the Enrolment Form prior to an interview date being arranged:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Vaccination Records
  • Latest School Report
  • Latest NAPLAN Results
  • Passport and Visa Details (if not an Australian Citizen)

After the completed forms and required documentation are returned to the College, we will contact you to arrange an interview.

Step 2.


All students attend an interview with their parents/guardians so that the Principal can meet them.


Enrolment Acceptance:

After accepting a place at GBC, we ask for payment of the $150.00 per family Enrolment Fee in addition to the $50 per child Application fee to secure their enrolment.


Student Withdrawal:

Should you need to withdraw your child from Goldfields Baptist College, please complete the Student Withdrawal Form and return it to the College. The College requires 6 weeks notice of withdrawal or you may be charged a term's fees in lieu of notice.
